TRIBAL DANCE COMPETITION

AT DEVKRUPA ASHRAM, WAGHODIA

On the 29th of July 2012 Tribal Dance Competition was held for the boys of Devkrupa Ashram, Waghodia. 8 teams participated in the Dance Competition. There was a lot of variety and the children danced to glory. 

This dance competition was held also with the aim of helping preserve their own tradition and culture in the form of dance. The children had prepared themselves very well and wore a variety of costumes. The judges for the dance competition were the teachers from Devashish Vidyamandir School, Waghodia.

The children thanked the Fathers and Masters for organising the event. After the announcements of the winners the children danced to the music of adivasi songs to their hearts content.
